Refund Policy

All registration refund requests will be processed by St. John - Holy Angels Athletics, and a refund check will be mailed from the Parish office regardless of the method used to pay for the registration. Once a refund is approved by St. John - Holy Angels Athletics, the refund will be processed for the registration amount, less $10. This $10 covers the non-reimbursable cost to the St. John - Holy Angels Athletics program associated with your initial registration processed on the system.  This policy applies for all refunds regardless of the reason the refund is initiated. Refunds will not be grated after the start of the season (CYM roster lock = 1 day prior to the 1^st game)
